大家是否在注册一些账号后会因为没有记录下来而忘掉密码的情况出现呢？小编曾在使用JustHost主机的时候就有过因为忘记账户密码而无法登录到后台的经历。这里小编也将如何找回密码的步骤跟大家分享下。
第一步，登录JustHost官网首页，具体如下图所示，然后点击LOGIN选项登录账户。
第二步：看到下图所示中的“Account Manager Login”，点击下面的“Forgetten Password？”链接，可以找回密码。
第三步：在框中输入域名或者用户名，点击旁边的红色按钮，即可发送域名重置邮件到我们的邮箱里，然后根据说明一步步设置即可。
通过以上简单的三步操作，我们就可以在邮箱中找到重置密码的链接地址，大家更改密码后一定要记录在本子上或者电子档中，以防下次又忘记了。

不知道使用JustHost主机的用户在前几天是否收到一封邮件，是有关于JustHost的主机服务器的维护通知。通知全文如下：
Dear Sir/Madam,
Tomorrow night, beginning between the hours of 8 PM – 4 AM MST, we will be performing a kernel update on your server. We estimate the outage to be approximately 15-30 minutes. During this time, your email, website and account will not be accessible. This updated kernel brings further enhancements and fixes in all aspects of the kernel, the integral part of which the rest of the Operating System relies upon.
We apologize that we cannot give you an exact time-frame between these 8 hours as to when you will experience the downtime due to the number of additional servers we will be performing this update on as well.
